FLU SEASON IS ALMOST HERE

That time of year is nearly here and it is important that you get your flu vaccine early. Influenza is an acute viral infection which spreads easily from person to person.  Vaccination is the most effective way to prevent infection

The people most at risk are the over 65s, those with chronic respiratory disease such as asthma and chronic bronchitis, people with diabetes mellitus, those with an under active immune system and pregnant women.

We will be holding walk-in flu clinics  from 1pm to 2pm on the following days (No appt necessary);

Monday 25th September - Tuesday 26th September

Tuesday 3rd October - Thursday 5th September

You can also book to attend a Saturday morning clinic throughout September and October

Contact Reception for more information.
