Simpson House is committed to ensuring our patients are fully involved in the development of services. We believe that our patients have an important contribution to make in our future development.
The Patient Reference Group was formed in 2011 with the following objectives;
- To work with the Practice on the development of services
- To represent the patients of the practice in the decision making process
- To put forward ideas which will help improve the service provided by the practice and the patient experience.
Initially set up as a virtual group, the Patient Reference Group recently agreed that holding quarterly meeting at the practice would increase its productivity and allow for further development.
